Charisma is only useful for 1 purpose in Fallout NV. Companions. Like fallout 3, charisma really doesn't affect anything since most checks are based on your barter or speach skill level, not your charisma. 1 charisma and 100 speech is the exact same as 10 charisma and 100 speech. Its better to max intelligence for more skill points to get your

The Willow mod has a very intricate series of quests associated to it in which the NPC gains trust and admiration for the PC, going from aqaintance to friend to possible lovers. The Willow mod is what other companion mods should strive to achieve. Not even the vanilla companions, which are well written, are nearly as intricate as the Willow

Answers. You talk to them and access their inventory, then move whatever armor/weapon you want them to have into their inventory and close out that interface. A little warning, some of your companions refuse to wear certain armors. You're browsing GameFAQs Q&A as a guest.
Followers have gotten stuck and disappeared. So, Boone and Rex have been following me for some time now, and Boone is carrying quite a lot of valuables for me.
